Terms and Conditions
Product Information.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor & photographic conditions, we cannot guarantee that the displayed colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
- All sizes and measurements are approximate however we do make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
- Products supplied may at times vary from those advertised
- We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT.
- We reserve the right to refuse / cancel any order &ndash subject to a full refund where applicable.
- Goods are subject to availability. At the time an order is placed, availability & estimated delivery date are stated. As there is sometimes a delay between the time the order is placed and the time the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order we shall notify you as soon as possible & inform you of the estimated delivery date. If this date is not acceptable, the order may be cancelled. We will, however, try to re-stock & deliver to you as soon as is possible

Payment Policy
We accept most credit/debit cards, cheques or bankers draft. In all cases, goods will only be despatched once payment has cleared.
You can pay online through our secure payment system by credit/debit card. Or you can ring us with your card details on 0800 288 9877.
Cheques are to be made payable to Sawtry Cabinets. Please allow up to five days for a cheque to clear before goods are despatched. If you wish to pay by Bankers Draft, goods will be despatched upon receipt.
We regret we are unable to process cash or postal order payments.
Bank Holidays
- Every effort will be made to ensure that all orders placed prior to or on a National Bank Holiday will be processed & delivered as soon as possible
- During National Bank Holidays orders can be placed on the website but will not be processed until the next working day. Please allow for this when placing orders on and around National Bank Holidays.
Delivery
- NB. All our products are sent via courier, Recorded or Special Delivery. Everything delivered must be signed for &ndash it cannot just be left.
- Costs cover the outer packaging which is used to protect the products, and the shipping charges for our couriers to deliver your parcels safely or to cover the cost of Recorded Delivery.
- You can request a delivery date for your presents to arrive on a birthday or Anniversary for example. We will endeavor to deliver on or as near to this date as possible, but please note we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. The charge stated at time of purchase will still apply.

Delivery Time Scales
Please note: If you have requested next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00pm in the afternoon.
In Stock
If goods are showing &lsquoin stock&rsquo and standard delivery is chosen, goods will normally be delivered in 5-7 working days. We say normally to allow for human error and Mother Nature. Goods may be delivered sooner than the estimated time scale. You will be informed via email once your order has been shipped.
Working days are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. It excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays. Additional days should be allowed in these circumstances.
Out of stock
If goods are not showing in stock when you select them, we should normally be able to fulfill your order in 5-15 working days. You will be informed via email of the progress of your order. You can also track any orders by logging on to 'My Account'.

Returns and refunds
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may only exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt providing the conditions set out below are strictly adhered to:
- If you intend to return any item please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, stating why you wish to return the goods e.g. faulty, damaged, unsuitable etc.
- All returned goods must have the original receipt enclosed.
- If an item is ordered and the wrong size due to incorrect measuring, it may be returned subject to it being repacked and fully complete with fixings etc. There will however be a 15% re stock charge if the item has been opened and assembled.
- If you are returning goods simply because they are unwanted, then to qualify for a refund or exchange, goods must be exactly as they were dispatched i.e. still sealed in original packaging with all labels attached and intact. Please note that delivery, packaging and gift wrapping costs cannot be refunded.
- We reserve the right to reject the return of any item.
- All refunds are to be made to the original payment card or by cheque.
We understand that many items purchased from this website are bought as gifts and as such may not be opened / inspected on the day they were delivered. For this reason if there will be a time delay between delivery and the opening of gifts, please inform us at the time of purchase and where possible we will take this into account, when applying the above policy.

Any use of this website or it&rsquos contents, including storing or copying it or them in part or whole, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Sawtry Cabinets. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials in this website.
